Rachael Harris lights up screens as an American actress and comedian. One of her roles was as a main character in the short-lived sitcom Surviving Jack (2014), where she played Joanne Dunlevy, a married mother of two teenagers who goes back to college. The show’s main focus was on Joanne’s husband learning to be a full-time parent.

After appearing in a string of successful films, Rachael’s career took a turn in 2010. In her first leading role, she co-starred with Zachary Gordon and Robert Capron in the comedic family drama “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” as Susan Heffley, which followed a 12-year-old boy as he struggles to adjust to middle school. Audiences thought the film was hilarious and unexpected, and it won five of the nine awards it was nominated for. In the fantasy series “Lucifer” (2016–2021), Harris landed a starring role. Then she landed the role of Linda in the action-packed comedy “Natural Selection,” in which a devout Christian housewife learns that her husband is having a kid in Florida and sets out on a quest to find him and bring him home. As a result, Rachael was nominated for the Film Independent Spirit Award—Best Female Lead—and received the Breakthrough Performance Award at the SXSW Film Festival.

Rachael has also appeared in numerous TV commercials for major brands like Dinty Moore, Avis, Expedia, Quaker Oats, T-Mobile, and GEICO. She also had a memorable role in a Super Bowl commercial for the 2010 Census and is known as the voice of turtle Karolyn Slowsky in Comcast Slowskys ads.

Most recently, she starred in the rom-com Mother of the Bride as Janice.

Together, they have two sons whom were born through surrogacy from two distinct mothers.
